I've used this store for quite a long time now and I have to say the member of staff called Lee is one of the most polite , friendly and helpful people I have ever come across. It is a shame one particular member isn't so, the lady wearing the arm gloves and the skin disorder. She is possibly the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever come across and I have no idea why anybody would employ her.
I don't ever write reviews but my goodness this store is getting bad. The unorganised queue system is absolutely awful. Its so tight people are stood on top of one another and up the aisle, everyone blocking eachothers path so people are unable to walk down the end of the aisle without hitting the queue. Its a stressful experience. Theres very often nobody serving. The check out areas to place food are so small you have to balance your food like jenga. The machines are unresponsive unless you hit the screen 10 times. Seriously sort it out Sainsburys. I go to Tesco now up the street as its like a breathe of fresh air shopping in there compared to here. Sainsburys go look at the Tesco queue system and learn something.
I went to the supermarket to buy something today. Because I didn’t know how to operate the self-service payment, an Asian waitress (seemed to be from Hong Kong) had a bad attitude and seemed very impatient!
Fine, has what you need but only one member of staff running the tills so a huge queue
Do I have to write a review before someone comes to the checkout? Yes! Yes I do. If you’re not going to have someone on the checkout at all times, you should at the very least have someone who can see them.
