Came today for a works Christmas event and we had the best time! Everything is so well thought out. This is my 2nd time going, done Alcatraz and titanic and both rooms are amazing! Staff are quick and available to help if you need anything. We had James as our games host and he was fab! Such a laugh and made the experience even better!
We played the R.M.S Titanic escape room on the 3rd of October and we had the best night! We went as a couple and were surprised with how fun this was having never done one before. Our games master (I believe her name was Alana) was brilliant and made the games even more captivating, we loved how you progressed through rooms and the variety of challenges we faced. We will absolutely be returning to play the others!
Thoroughly enjoyed this escape room. Cara was a great prison guard (game master), even when we picked the ‘mean’ guard! Would 100% recommend. We loved this as a work team building event :)
My partner and I recently did the ‘Escape from Alcatraz’ room and it was amazing! It had multiple rooms which made it more interactive and captivating than other escape rooms i’ve been to. Our lovely host, Alana, was enthusiastic and amazing at taking care of us from start to finish. During the game, we had to ask for clues a few times and she was always patient with us. If you are looking for an activity to do in York, we highly recommend going here. Best escape room that we have been to and would definitely go again!
We did the Alcatraz escape room in Houdinis at Clifton moor during half term when there was a 50% discount. We were 1 adult and 5 kids aged 11-15 and enjoyed the room, asking for hints when we got too stuck. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and our games master was great. We turned up early in case we needed to, but it seemed as long as the waivers were done in advance that turning up for the booked time would have been fine
