Denny is incredible. I went for the Cacau healing ceremony and it was transformative. Denny is so knowledgeable, kind, warm and supportive. I felt completely at ease even though this was my first time. The environment is beautiful, and the healing experience was more than I hoped for. I'm still unpacking everything that I learned. I Attended my first cacao ceremony with Denny a few weeks ago. I really didn’t know what to expect. But Denny made me feel comfortable straight away, and once we got into the ceremony, I could feel the stresses I’d been holding onto slowly drifting away. It was such an uplifting experience and the breathing techniques were fantastic. I feel it’s given me the start I needed to be a better version of myself going forward. So relaxing and I’ll definitely do it again. Thank you Denny x

I joined Denny for an online Yoga session being a complete beginner but realizing I need to prioritize my wellbeing and Yoga is something I've always wanted to try. Denny's approach is extremely comforting and welcoming and I will continue to do my sessions and look forward to them.
