I've just finished the 6 week challenge at Fit Club York. It's probably the hardest thing I've ever done but I have loved every minute of it. As someone who struggles with confidence the staff were on hand every step of the way to gently guide me in the right direction at the right pace for me. Each session I left feeling amazing and so good about myself. My journey isn't stopping here I've decided I want to carry on at Fit Club. What a perfect way to start 2026 knowing that I want to carry on being the best I can be physically and mentally. Thanks for everything so far Fit Club 😄💪

I have joined several gyms over the years and have never managed to last more than 20 minutes before giving up. But after years of just running, doing home videos and dabbling in Jiu Jitsu and yoga, I wanted something where I would be accountable; where the time would be non-negotiably mine, as there are always things to be done at home; and that had a community. I don't know how I came across Fit Club York in my search, but I did and I am so pleased that I did. Fit Club York is friendly, encouraging, fun and everything you would want from a gym but don't get. I started with the 6 week challenge and am already hooked. I just wish I had more time to do more of the sessions!

I recently finished the 6 week beginner course. I have struggled joining a gym due to confidence and motivation but I loved it and have joined permanently. The trainers are attentive and so helpful, making sure to demonstrate exercises and checking on you to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. Themselves and the other gym users make the space so positive and comfortable but also motivating and encouraging to progress in strength and confidence. The trainers have created a brilliant community that I would happily recommend to anyone.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge at the beginning of August and absolutely loved it. So much so that I've ended up joining full-time! I hadn't been in a gym for about 20 years, and knew that if I tried to do this on my own I would have gotten bored and jacked it in. At Fit Club the sessions are fun, intense, always different and the time flies. Getting instruction on how to perform each exercise correctly is a massive help - Chris, Rhys and Kaine have been fantastic and are always on hand if you have any questions. The sessions are friendly and informal, and working in pairs is a great way to meet the rest of the group. I'm the fittest and healthiest I've been in years!

Having never been to a gym before and not being sporty, I read reviews very carefully and chose Fit Club. They teach in classes up to 14, with 3 burns and 3 builds that change daily, so that you don’t get bored. You work with a partner but each exercise is tailored to your own ability, so a beginner can easily be paired with someone very experienced. The trainers keep an eye on you to ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly and safely. I’ve been going 3 times a week for 11 weeks now and I feel stronger, fitter and more confident. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging
