Mike is a legend and his classes will transform your life for the better! I had the pleasure of joining the Morning Warrior classes this week. I hadn’t exercised in ages, overweight and unfit and this was just what I needed. There is a great variety of exercises (with plenty of kit so you can choose your weights) and a lovely welcoming vibe. You’re guaranteed to leave feeling very well worked out(!!), proud for pushing yourself and full of endorphins. Being early in the morning it set a great tone for the rest of the day and in just one week I already feel fitter, happier and healthier than I did before, I can easily see that keeping up the sessions would be transformative. Mike does an excellent job of explaining the moves so you can get your form right even if you’ve never done it before. He also takes into account any niggles and does a great warm up and cool down to prevent injury. It’s also a lovely supportive group of people who go. I found working out in this group was far more motivating and fun than exercising on my own. I definitely recommend it!

Mike is friendly, professional and an excellent motivator. He has proved to me that his sessions are far more effective and enjoyable than a gym membership. Highly recommended!

I'm currently coming to the end of my 6 week Kickstarter and I'm delighted with the changes I've experienced on so many levels. My fitness and strength are really improving and I'm losing inches and weight, which I've previously found difficult to shift. Mike's invaluable one to one coaching call has helped me to establish really sustainable habits that are making a huge difference to my health and fitness. I've enjoyed the Kickstarter so much, I've decided to sign up on an ongoing basis. The camaraderie at the 6am sessions is just brilliant and the early timing means that nothing gets in the way, even on busy days. I just have to get up, get my kit on and Mike and his team takes care of the rest. Mike is a great motivator and I work much harder at these sessions than I would on my own. The sessions are always varied and challenging and I feel great afterwards. It's such a good feeling knowing that by 6:45am, I'm done and can go into my day with energy and motivation. I actually sought Mike out after previously working with him to help me improve my running technique for a 10k a few years ago. Mike's advice and 10k training plan helped me to achieve a personal best with much improved technique.

As someone who has never really been a gym goer, joining MPRS has transformed my enjoyment of exercise and got me fitter than I've ever been. The sessions are varied, fun and challenging, with a welcoming and supportive ethos from everyone in the group. Mike is always on hand to give advice, adaptions or push you to work that bit harder than you thought you could. The 121 coaching calls have been great in helping me focus my efforts and make sustainable changes to my fitness and lifestyle. I love the sessions, really miss it when I can't get along, and am constantly surprised by how much I can achieve now. Highly recommended!
