I visited Alessia for a facial and had an amazing experience. She helped reduce the redness on my face and my skin looked so glowy afterwards. Alessia is extremely professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. Highly recommend her!
I had the most wonderful experience at Blue Frog Therapy in York. The space is professional, clean, warm and inviting — exactly what you want when you’re going in to unwind. My massage was such a lovely spoil, and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend!
Blue Frog is a lovely place and Alessia was fantastic! She explained everything before hand and has really helped me with some back & neck pain that I had been had. It was a really great experience!
Really pleasant treatments but I’d recommend people don’t buy their loved ones gift vouchers and instead just pay for their treatment directly... I was given a voucher during my pregnancy (I didn’t want to have a pregnancy massage for various reasons) and used it for a lovely neck and shoulder massage post partum while my partner was on shared parental leave. I had a small amount left on my voucher which I’d hoped to use for a facial - but facials weren’t easily available on days when I’d have anyone to look after my baby during the treatment time. I emailed to ask if I could have a few months extension on the voucher (my child would start nursery soon and I could use annual leave for a treat day) and was told firmly no as they had treatments available all through the week and a year is a long time. I was disappointed with this response - I wasn’t able to use my voucher for four months how I wanted due to being pregnant and as a breastfeeding mum being able to get baby cover is really tricky! So lovely treatments, enjoyed my massage, but wouldn’t recommend vouchers as a way of gifting them to your loved ones.
The blue frog therapy center is very york central, in a beautifully decorated house. Treatments are provided by very friendly and professional staff. Nikita helps me a lot with the lymphatic drainages massage and Alessia facial & massage let me relaxed and my face is now beautiful & glowing 😊
