Tracy was welcoming and explained the treatment to me- she made sure i was warm and comfortable and started with a lovely back and shoulder massage - i was given a weighted eye mask and the treatment began - perfect temperature water - with a wonderful head and hair massage with several different steps included a heated cap and luxurious calming fragranced products - i fell asleep a couple of times and was hard to believe i was in the middle of York on one of the busiest shopping days of the year! the suites are conveniently based at the bottom of micklegate and the Park and Ride stopped outside- so perfect and no expensive car parking. When the treatment finished Tracy blow dried my hair - it felt like i had more weight to my hair and it shined ! I didn’t have to wash it for 4 days and still feels in fabulous condition - Tracy had used a bonding treatment at the end of the massage and this really had great results. A wonderful relaxing treatment with long lasting benefits - I highly recommend a visit to Tracy :) x x
What a wonderful, relaxing experience. Different to traditional spa treatments with the same level of relaxation and pampering. Tracy was so kind and professional, explained the different treatments before starting which allowed me to fully switch off throughout. I left with my hair feeling so soft and shiny, and my head feeling lighter. Would definitely recommend!
What a great experience, almost fell asleep during my head massage, will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a truly relaxing pamper, Tracy was amazing, made me feel at ease and only the best products were used. I booked in for the The Renewal Ritual and will be rebooking for next month.
