Absolutely recommended! I came in today for a massage to relieve muscle tension and unwind from stress, and I had an outstanding session with Suzie at this wonderful spa! The spa rooms have character, and it’s the first time I’ve been in a spa with this kind of architecture. It was cosy, warm, beautifully scented with aromatherapy, impeccably clean, and the staff were absolutely delightful! After the massage, Suzie gave me some recommendations to help ease muscle tension at home and even gave me a gift! I will definitely be back soon. Thank you, The Spa at No. 1 in York!
Beautiful premises, gorgeous vibes. Highly recommend the massage treatments; I was there a couple of days ago (my 6th visit) and had a superb massage from Sophie. Her skills are wonderful and I felt so welcome!
We had a couples treatment and afternoon tea here and it was absolutely fantastic... one of the best massages I've had. Such a treat.. highly recommended!
Had probably the best massage I’ve ever experienced by Katie. It was perfect. Would highly recommend such a cute and cosy spa.
My husband and I both had 90-minute massages at this spa and we felt really relaxed afterwards. The staff were really friendly, considerate, and professional. The facilities were really clean and comfortable, and the treatment rooms created a relaxing environment. The only downfall of this ‘spa’ is they do not have any other spa facilities (steam room, sauna, pool, etc.) which is a little deceiving. I would have liked to have had the option to extend my spa day through the use of other facilities, so we were disappointed we had to stop after the massage.
