Very disappointing experience. I feel like my time was completely wasted. The reception staff were unhelpful and inefficient. I visited twice with the intention of joining and simply requested a one-day workout pass. However, after 30 minutes of back-and-forth, I was left with confusion and no clear outcome. It honestly felt like the runaround was intentional. I’ve decided to join a different club and won’t be returning. I do not recommend this place.
Firstly, the water temperature in the pool is extremely cold🥶, making it uncomfortable for swimmers. Despite the cold weather outside, it is essential for the pool to maintain an adequate and comfortable temperature for users. I kindly request that the temperature be adjusted to a more comfortable level. Additionally, I noticed that the room temperature surrounding the pool area is also uncomfortably low, further contributing to the discomfort when exiting the water. Finally, the overall cleanliness of the pool area has been concerning. I observed several areas of dirt and debris around the pool, as well as in the changing rooms. A clean environment is crucial for both safety and comfort, and I urge you to ensure that regular cleaning protocols are enforced
Good gym. Plenty of variety of equipment for a smallish facility - rarely have a problem getting on the equipment I want The toilets and changing facilities are probably due a refurb but they are generally clean
I love Gary's spin classes, Jolanta and also Natalia's yoga sessions and Vicky's Pilates classes.
Facilities were nice, but wanted to give a shoutout to one of your staff (Anne) that served us last evening. We arrived at a very busy time and she was dealing with everyone in a quick and professional manner cutting through the queues quickly.
