Dan who did the tour was brilliant a true actor, the stories were great and informative and told with a great humour. The different locations we visited were beautiful and also creepy. It was only a short walk overall around 1 mile so quite manageable. Highly recommend.

We had Dan as our guide for the ghost walk last night, and he was fantastic. He’s an exceptional storyteller with a real talent for captivating the audience and effortlessly weaving humour into his tales. The stories were fascinating, and his delivery made the experience truly memorable. I’d definitely recommend doing the walk in the evening, it adds to the spookiness!
Mackenzie from Shadows of York hosted a great private ghost tour of York for my son and a few of his friends for his birthday. Great communication beforehand and the tour itself was very interesting and had just the right amount of intrigue and scare to appeal to all. Would recommend!
I went on a ghost and history tour with Dan, and I had an amazing time. His way of storytelling was very entertaining and enthusiastic. He really got you invested in the stories. Besides that he just had a great sense of humor. He was always open for questions in between stories, and he could answer them really well. Definitely worth it!
