Short path heading around the Minster, giving visitors the chance to see the stonemasons lodge through the fence - an insight into the ongoing restoration and reconstruction required to maintain the Minster.
A short path that passes by the Minster but also gives you the opportunity to see the Minsters stoneyard and Masons Lodge. Note : For those wondering about my posted images of the yard I did not trespass but took my pictures with a 360 camera attached to an extended selfie stick that fitted through the fence.
First time in York, and it is a beautiful place full of amazing architecture and history. I only had time for a quick look around on my way to a meeting, but I will be back for a city break ASAP
Interesting. From the Minster to St. William's College.
