I’ve completed my first term with Kathy recently and can honestly say she is the best yoga teacher I’ve had. I really achieve a sense of peace after a practice session but also I feel I have had a workout. The pace of the sessions is perfect and inclusive; Kathy will tailor poses for those needing an adaptation. Whilst remaining truly professional throughout, I love that Kathy also brings a human element with some giggles and chat at the beginning and end. I also love the quotes that end the sessions. Wonderful classes! Kathy is a fabulous teacher who welcomes you with kindness, knowledge and compassion. The classes are holistic, supportive and you come away with a sense of wellbeing. Alongside lovely chats, smiles and beautiful readings!
