Travel cot, highchair, stairgates. Off road parking for 1 car, additional parking on road or in pay and display car park, within 2 mins walk. Small front patio with furniture, overlooking railway and harbour. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and sea 5 mins walk. Note: 4 trains per day, plus steam trains, pass by the property, between 6.30am and 7.45pm. In owner’s experience the train audible warning signal for the crossing happens some 50-100 meters up or down the track, and any disturbance is limited to a slight rumble as it passes.
