Located on a cliff top, overlooking Scarborough’s award-winning North Bay Beach, the family-run The Rockside offers free Wi-Fi and magnificent sea views. It is just 3 minutes’ walk from Scarborough Castle.
The rooms boast a flat-screen LCD TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The modern en suite shower rooms have a hairdryer. Many feature fantastic sea views. Ironing supplies are available upon request.
In the mornings, The Rockside serves full English breakfast in the dining room, along with cereals, yogurt, and fruit. Breakfast is prepared using locally sourced produce. In the evenings, drinks are available from the bar in the guest lounge, which features views of the sea.
Scarborough’s shops and restaurants are within 10 minutes’ walk of Rockside. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from both the sandy South Bay Beach and the North Bay Promenade. Parking permits for the streets directly outside the hotel are provided upon arrival. Scarborough Railway Station is 15 minutes’ walk away.
