Amazing service,!!!!!!! Jo and Bev superseded all expectation. They were so accommodating and understanding when booking in my cat Casper. Martha was really good and made a fuss of Casper. Definitely recommend to all family and friends. Loving the festive look of the vets too.
Unfortunately , advertised an item but not stocked in store when you get there. What's worse than driving past 2 pet stores to get there? What's worse is being told by staff you should have ordered it to be delivered to store before pickup ??? With pet food ? I'll come back in three days shall I? Idiotic response. If you advertise it then stock it. Its simple. Not ever coming back and risking the same happening again. When they can go elsewhere, look after your customers 🙄.
The range is lacking. The cat food I usually get, the pets at home brand complete nutrition pet food is not available here. And there are alot of other things that aren't available here, that are in other pets at home stores of the same size.

The lady in the groom room today (fri13thjan2023) was very helpful and patient with my super nervous dog. Thank you for all your help. My dog really struggles having his claws trimmed and you were really helpful and caring towards him. He gets very stressed easily and you kept him at mostly at ease. He got a new toy and has forgotten all about it now. Hopefully next time will be easier for us all but I am confident he is in safe hands. Here again today (13th May 2024) groom room were great as always and special shout out to Jordan at the tills for helping with a problem over the phone to the flea service. Great customer service. Thanks again!
