Your staff needs costumer service training,specially Charlotte!

Its got great stock at great prices but for me I only use it when I can't find a product elsewhere because I'm disabled and the store layout is a nightmare for me to manoeuvre around on my mobility scooter. The cash registers are in a really awkward place and high up so if i cannot reach them without having someone with me to bag and pay for anything I've purchased.

I have always gone to this store for Three Mills 5.5 fruit infusions wine, however today as I could not reach the top shelf my 17yr old son reached up and I put 2 bottles into my basket. Once at the till I was then asked for my sons I.d when I asked why the wine was mine the assistant then proceeded to say that because he had picked it down for me he was responsible for it. There was NO notice saying under 18s should not touch or attempt to help anyone not tall enough. I then asked if I could go and get it myself from the shelf to which the staff member refused me service of this item. I was absolutely disgusted in the manner I was treat and was not given the opportunity to then collect the wine myself. The manager was also none cooperative.

Good shop and offers were of good value. However 9 in queue and 1 serving. When counter staff see the queue growing ring for assistance. Offers were very good but I nearly put everything back and left as I waited 6.5 mins to get served

The layout of the shop is one way so it's a bit inconvenient if you find what you're looking for on the first isle and can't go straight to the till because it's closed off. It's a bit dark and dingy too but they do have big discounts on certain things so if they have what you want it's most likely going to be cheaper to buy it there than somewhere else
