What can I say about this shop? First impressions are great!!!! friendly staff, clean shop, shelves always kept stocked, excellent service if you need help, staff always willing to go extra mile, I was struggling one day to find a product so asked this lady (sure her name was Julie) and she pointed me in the right direction no trouble at all and made sure I had everything I need, most retail shops can’t be bothered these days but what a fantastic woman!!!! 5* from me for sure!!!

Good discounts, fairly wide aisles, if a little cluttered. Makes it difficult for wheelchair users. Staff are helpful though and compensate for this. It's a very busy store. Top marks overall. Well done all. ❤️❤️❤️

They've got everything that a person could need in beauty products. Great choice and good help from staff!

The store itself is very scruffy and tired but staff try with layout and the products are well presented. Can get a few good bits in there. Most staff are very helpful and friendly but the odd few need to remember customers are about while they're chatting to each other. Bit of swearing and rude conversation in front of customers and my daughter was with me.

Good deals available, wide range of beauty,cleaning and household products. Problem is they are very slow to add more people to the tills,you can be queuing a while with one person serving and two stocking the shelves with sometimes 10+ people queuing.
