Worker named sultan very rude to me and my step sister. We were stood waiting to pay, and he came behind us, and told us “go get your mum, I want to go home,” in a very passive aggressive tone. Bearing in mind, there was 5 minutes until the shop closed. Good prices & products though.

As a regular shopper at Savers Halifax I have always found it hit and miss service wise, but today I was made to feel like I never wanted to shop there again, the girl who served me seemed really put out that she had to jump on the tills I did not get a would you like your recipe, a thank you and not even a smile.

I really hope I've got the right store because the lovely manager and an equally, lovely assistant went above and beyond for me today in store. It's the second time in 2days that the manager has been a huge help. Yesterday, unbeknown to me, she spotted me struggling to carry my purchases (only went in for a couple of things originally lol) and she appeared from nowhere, with a basket for me. So lovely and helpful. And the young lady assistant that did so much for me today, thank you so much. Wish there were more like you. I'll definitely be shopping more regularly here because of you both ♥️

Savers Health & Beauty is a great discount store that offers a wide range of goods at affordable prices. I was really impressed by the selection of diffusers they had available, and ended up buying one that I'm very happy with. The store itself is quite large and has a huge variety of products to choose from. It's easy to get lost browsing through all the different sections! The staff are also very friendly and helpful, which makes the shopping experience even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend Savers Health & Beauty to anyone looking for a good deal on health and beauty products. It's a great store with a nice selection of items and welcoming staff.

There are 2 very naughty and bad workers at the entrance!! it's the last time I buy from savers in Halifax. and they made fun of me for not knowing how to speak English! Racist!!!
