I have had a horrible experience at savers. Usually I like to shop at savers because staff are amazing and products are affordable but I am absolutely shocked by a workers behaviour that goes by the name 'Andrew'. As I went in to buy medicine and was told I was under age which I had thought so i had gone to call my aunty. I brought my aunty in and he said that he couldn't serve her because she was buying it for me and said to my aunty " I can't serve you cause you are just going to give it to her " which we found really weird because yeah so what if she is buying it for me and I was getting it for my little brother and he said you have to be over 16 so l didn't understand what the problem was so I said to him my aunty is over 16 and she can buy it but he refused to serve her so l said can my father buy it? So he said yes and my dad HAD TO give the money WITH HIS OWN HANDS AND ONLY HE COULD RECIVE THE CHANGE which was also really rude and weird of him. I completely understand that this Andrew guy was just doing his job but the fact that he refused to serve my aunty did not make sense to me. I will not be shopping here anymore and people should AVOID THIS PLACE. In the end of the day I was not buying the medicine for myself and my aunty was certainly not buying it for herself but it was for my little brother who needed calpol!

This past Saturday, I visited Savers in Batley and was assisted by an Asian male whose badge said ‘Mo’ (if I saw it correctly). During my visit, I witnessed another customer making some unpleasant and rude remarks towards him. Despite this, Mo remained incredibly professional, calm, and composed throughout the situation. His dedication to providing excellent service in such circumstances really stood out to me. He’s a credit to the team at Savers, and I highly recommend his help if you’re ever in the store!

IT'S A PLEASURE TO POP IN 4 ANY THING I MAY WANT AN MORE, I LIVE ON MY OWN IN A SMALL FLAT JUST ON THE EDGE OF TOWN AN SO I DON'T SEE MANY PEOPLE & OVER THE LAST FEW YRS I'VE BUILT UP A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STAFF AT BATLEY BRANCH, THEY R ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT LITTLE MOHAMMED HAS ME IN STITCHES AN CHEERS ME UP WITH HIS LOVELY SMILE AN BANTER AS DO THE LOVELY MANAGERESS DONNA THAT WORKS THERE SHE IS ALWAYS RUNNING AROUND AFTER CUSTOMER'S UP AN DOWN FILLING SHELVES & ALSO MAKES ME FEEL A LOT BETTER AFTER SEEING HER, LIBBY WOULDN'T SAY BOO 2 A GOOSE NOW SHE HAS A LOVELY SMILE AN ALSO VERY HELPFUL AN CHEERS ME UP WHEN I'M HAVING A BAD DAY DON'T REALLY SEE MUCH OF THE OTHER STAFF BUT THEY ARE ALSO VERY HELPFUL, THE SHOP IS ALWAYS CLEAN TIDY AN STOCKED WELL AN IF IT'S NOT ON SHELF THEIR WILL TELL U IF IT'S COMING IN SOON AN WHEN OR IF IT'S DISCONTINUED, IT'S A SHAME LOUISE HAD TO GO TO HUDDERSFIELD AS SHE WAS A GREAT LASS AS WELL,INFACT I THINK THEY ALL DESERVE A MEDAL EACH WELL GREAT STAFF AN SHOP KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK & SERVICE

WELL WHAT CAN I SAY WHEN I HEARD THAT SAVERS WERE COMING 2 BATLEY I WAS OVER THE MOON AS IT WOULD SAVE ME GOING 2 HALIFAX WHICH TOOK 2 TRAINS 2 GET THERE, THE MANAGER & STAFF MARTIN PAULA & ANDY WHO WORK THERE DESERVE A MEDAL AS THEY R SO FRIENDLY HELPFUL & EVEN IF I JUST POP IN 2 C WHAT IS ON OFFER OR JUST 4 A NOISY THEY ALWAYS SPEAK & R SO CHEERFUL IN THEY DAY 2 DAY WORK, THE SHOP ITS SELF IS VERY CLEAN TIDY & THE SHELVES R ALWAYS FULL OF STOCK, A BIG THANK U 2 MARTIN AS WELL AS RECENTLY I WENT 2 THE GOOLE SHOP WHILE ON A SHORT BREAK & I LOST MY PERSONALISED HAT & WAS SO VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME 2 TRY & GET IT BACK, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK XJX
