Wonderful service. James was such a friendly and welcoming person who made our stay so relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the other staff. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant had good choices and was reasonably priced. We have no complaints.

Barnsley premier inn is in the centre of Barnsley and when we arrived with was greeted with a smile and very welcoming the staff tried there very hardest to look after us and the rooms was clean and spacious we all got a good night sleep and the dinner and breakfast was lovely, delicious and the food was hot and the staff went above and beyond to help us and they has a laugh and a chat with us they couldn't have done more we felt like we was at home ,I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back the 3rd time and the price of £45 a room and dinner ,breakfast for £26.99 was well worth it . See you again soon I take my hat of to the staff

Hotel is basic but functional, parking is very convenient and inexpensive and location is good. The best aspect of our stay without doubt was the excellent level of service provided by James. Nothing was too much trouble, A very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable attitude. A credit to both the hotel and the company. Would stay here again.

Booked for May at Barnsley Central. Have stayed in premier inns before and like that they don’t disappoint. But how hard can it be to an ask a question ahead of your stay. I’ve tried using faq, contact us and even phoning . Very hard . Impossible!!!!!!!! I know they don’t have an on-site car park but just needed to know if they have parking for blue badge holders and if I can book a space. Just cannot find a way of asking and getting information. Beginning to wonder if I should cancel and book elsewhere
