I used to come here at the start of the year and the service was shocking so I stopped. Been three or four times recently and it’s vastly improved - the store is miles cleaner and and the staff are all new and much friendlier. I saw another review saying they were closed down too early for your liking, yes, because they close at half 7 and have to be out by 7:45 and do EVERYTHING themselves. Try speaking to the staff and asking what’s going on like I do. I notice said person said they go every week which means there’s been many visits but no good reviews? Just like to moan. Anyways, kudos to the new manager and team! Keep it up!

10.1.26 10am - Shocked by how poor the service was. Staff were rude and dismissive; when she couldn’t process my order, I was told to “respectfully” come round and do it myself. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, a young member of staff outright refused to work the till because he “didn’t understand it,” which then became someone else’s problem. If staff aren’t trained to use the till, they shouldn’t be left covering it. There was also a promotion on merchandise, but no one knew how to process it at the till. If you’re offering sales or promotions, train your staff properly to handle them. Missing items, poor attitude, and zero accountability. I won’t be returning.

Poor service tonight. We come at least once a week to charge the car and today at 18:15 they have already put everything away. Cakes, sandwiches the works. We placed an order for drinks and they’re to busy trying to close down the place and talking that they forgot about our drinks till we asked about 20 minutes later and WE ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS. Oh and let’s not forget they don’t close till 19:30pm. So disappointing.

Should be 0. I am utterly appalled by the service of the workers. I was met with some of the rudest people I have experienced in my life. They got my order wrong, and when I asked politely for it to be changed I was heckled with a variety of rude stares and insulted. I have been many times and the service has always been terrible. Very disappointed #boycott

One of the best experiences staff are extremely polite nothing is ever to much trouble staff go above and beyond especially Johnny and Lilly always clean and tidy excellent coffee and wash rooms always spotless
