Busy Drive-Thru, but customer service was on point. I have been to a few Starbucks recently and they haven’t had an iced green tea, which is my favourite. They had it here! So 5 stars 🌟
Service was absolutely shocking, woman started a riot all because a drink i ordered wasnt correct FOUR TIMES. My drink tasted like pure milk and water mixed, for FIVE POUNDS i expected absolute heaven. Ill stay home and drink tap water next time, do better!
Honestly seen happier service at a funeral, stood waiting 20 minuets for a takeaway coffee. shop wasnt even busy. Crack a smile ladies dont like your job find a new one
Good place to crack out the laptop. Open space. Modern and reasonably well lit but feels empty. Coffee good but expensive and service on a few times I have been is very slow. Tables are often not cleaned, which is a little odd as the place is never really that busy and there is usually three staff on at a time. It does feel a little like an airport version of Starbucks as it is open plan, tiled and a little soul-less. The drive thru is slow. You're quicker going in and ordering your coffee. The cake selection is good but again the cost isn't competitive with Costa (there is a good Costa machine in the adjoining garage where you can get a coffee for £2.50 and sit down in the communal food area. Come on Starbucks. You used to be good at this and now it looks like you're getting greedy and tired. Make a bit more effort on attracting people in. Keep the place clean (basics), drop your prices to be competitive and perhaps care about what you do.
Great staff. It's always nice when the staff and genuinely kind and interested in their customers.
