Surly barista guy, only asked the question about how to get into the toilet after ordering my latte. Told me to talk to the server who was serving other people who were queuing. Rude and unprofessional to simply tell me the toilet code is printed on the base of the receipt! Pathetic experience for a Starbucks. Being a diabetic easy access to a toilet is quite necessary!
We stopped here a for a drive through coffee on our way up north, I ordered a flat white, it was in a word, disgusting. Bitter, foamed milk like an oversoaped bath, a taste that not even two sugars could take away. Eugh eugh and eugh again, very poor Starbucks!!
Needed a drink while traveling home and this pops up at next roundabout. Friendly staff Great choice .
For a Starbucks it is a horrible place. They mixed our order and were very surprised that we would not like it. 4 girls at work, none of them interested in serving the client. Extremely disappointing experience
This is located at Hartshead Moor Services on the M62 just after junction 25. Great Drinks, Food and Service . Very clean, The staff are always helpful and I use this Starbucks more than any other on the M62 corridor. They don't mind me working on the laptop whilst I charge up one of my Vehicles outside.. Keep up the good work and well done 5 Stars all day long.
