Visited Starbucks this afternoon the service I received was shocking I purchased a £30.00 Xmas gift card for my son in law I paid for it then she wrapped the card in the receipt I said to her do you not have an envelope as its a gift on Xmas day. She replied with yes went and got one but it wasn't it was a bag I said where is thee envelope and she replied sorry we don't have any I was fuming at this point but she never apologised or anything just looked at me.
Staff are great. Drinks are never hot enough though. I always like my tea hot, made with boiling water. The drinks here, that I have had, have been for from boiling. This affects the quality of the drink. This Starbucks always seems noisy. Nice place but always seems noisy making a difference to the level of enjoyment that I experience
“I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this time my drink wasn’t filled properly. There was much less coffee than expected, and it felt like the cup was only partly full. I hope the staff can pay more attention next time.
We ordered our drinks at 12:02 and we didn’t get seen to till 45/50 mins later. People who entered after us were getting there orders straight away. Over all experience was not good
