oh what a lovely b&m this was!! we thought we’d have a venture round whilst we waited for our friend. was very quiet at 8:30am and we were two of the only people in store. lots of fun items i hadn’t seen before: rainbow maryland cookies!! lots of cosy socks ready for the christmas season… however there were too many advent calendars. seen a lot of those in b&ms recently! big car park and nice staff x

Very disappointed with this store’s returns policy after asking for a refund for a jar of honey. This request was rejected by the manager who informed me that no food items can be refunded even with a receipt. She said the reason for this is that a food item was once injected with a drug?! Highly implausible if the seal has not been broken?! If this company is really concerned about customers returning tampered foodstuffs, they should consider investing in training managers to identify damaged returned items before refusing refunds. As a loyal customer, I am offended with the implication that I may have poisoned the product! A totally unacceptable reason so I will certainly never buy any foodstuffs from B&M again.
