Very disappointed by the service, food and management response to our complaint. After paying nearly £30 for 2 curries, 1 half portion of rice and an over cooked dry samosa, will never be ordering again. Didnt even get bottle of Pepsi max right, we got a full fat can of fanta (for £2.50) When complaining told we could not have a refund even though agreed service and food was poor. Very disappointed by not only service and food but management response.
just thought I'd try this out but wasn't very impressed, very high on price, £12 more than normal for 2 people. portions were so small was like they had run out of food in the shop. the starters taste like they had been warmed in the microwave from raw. wouldn't recommend this place.
The most pleasant curry takeaway I have had from the Bingley area having really disliked Shama and not been impressed with cardamon. Very tasty chicken balti, not like a stew like the other 2 places mentioned. Mint sauce was fresh and pleasant with a hint of warmth about it. The popodoms tasted fresh and were very moreish. Naan was a bit too damp and chewy. Chappatis were better. Will order from here again. Unlike the other 2 Bingley based places.
Always top quality, even on NYE, the guys can't do enough for you. We make a point of visiting Kiplings every time we travel from Ireland. Best curry in the world.
Food was ordered as the menu was live!!!!!!! Money was taken from my account and the restaurant was closed!!!!! No way of getting a refund as the phone number just tells you the mailbox is full!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!! Not worth the issues!!!!!!
