I bought a car 3 months ago and I have a very bad experience. The first week the car was leaking diesel and the inside smelled very bad, I went to the garage 2 times which was recommended and they couldn't find the problem, and last week while I was driving I had an error on the dash and it was a problem with the car, the engine has no power. I call the (Warranty Company) they make an appointment. When I bought the car Mark told me that if I wanted a (gold warranty) I had to pay an extra £200 and he said everything was included in this warranty but that is not true. The warranty company told me they don't cover (glow plug cylinder) and (fuel rail pressure sensor) are not covered. And now I have to spend a lot of money to change all the glow plugs and the fuel rail sensor. I don't know why this happened but the car I was bought is very bad with full problems.

I have just purchased a BMW off mark and I have to say, it was seamless. The communication from him was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble and he was just a phone call away. Also very responsive to emails. I don’t have a clue about cars or finance or part ex or anything like that and he helped me do it all and it was so easy! I would definitely recommend. Thank you for all of your help! I love my new car too.

1. You didn't answer my question, why didn't you tell me that the car has a leak (diesel) and besides that I asked you when you were going to send the car to the MOT, to have it checked properly, but it wasn't verified. If it was checked, the Garage employees would see that it is a leak (diesel) and all the protection under the car is full of diesel, but it was not checked. When you bought the car for sale, you knew about the problems with the leak (diesel) and the gearbox. I called you the 2nd day and told you it smells like (diesel) inside the car. 2. I am going to write a complaint to the (Garage) that did the MOT, because they did not do the MOT according to the correct procedure. And the consequences of this was that the car could catch fire while I was driving, thus putting my life and my family's life in danger. 3. And I will contact (Motor Ombudsman) to write a complaint against you because you sold me a broken car that has problems with (gearbox and engine) and the warranty company you proposed to me is a lie which in the end does not help anything. You told me you have 13 years of experience selling cars, but if it honestly doesn't show that you sold me a bad car, I think you're happy with this thing!!!!

I have just purchased a car from Mark and the service he provided could not have been better. Talk about going the extra mile. He did a lot more than that. Thank you so much Mark for all your help and patience with my long distance enquiries. Because I had arrived from oversea I had no proof or NCB so finding insurance was difficult but Mark found one for me even though insurance brokers could not. Five star service

Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I asked a lot of questions proper to viewing the vehicle and he answered them all honestly and comprehensively straight away. Viewing was super easy and he even picked me up from the train station (in spite of me being late due to delays!) Snapped the car up that was exactly as described and in spite of it being a 2017 model, it seems brand new! Some absolutely incredible stock on show. We wrapped up a deal very promptly, no messing about or up-selling. From start to finish, Mark was totally straight and honest, I full knew what I was buying and crucially I had full peace of mind and trust (and I don't trust many people!) Couldn't be happier with both the car and service, will be looking to Mark for my next vehicle whenever that may be!
