We had our entire home carpeted through Bingley Mill Carpets, including a stair runner, as well as Balterio Lavanti laminate fitted by John. The experience was seamless from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, on time and to a high standard. I have complete confidence in recommending Darren and his team for both carpets and hard flooring.

I went in this shop, picked the carpet I wanted, and received a quote I was happy with. The owner said he would get back to me to find a suitable fitting date the following day. I did not receive a call, I called back, and he said he would be in contact when he is not so busy. 4 days later, I have heard nothing. Poor service despite being busy.

Excellent service, from choosing the right carpet to having it fitted. Darren and his fitter, Harry, were helpful, experienced and friendly. Will definitely return when it’s time to deal with the bathroom flooring.

Good selection and very reasonably priced. However it's taking us a while to get our install sorted. They have no email or answer machine so it can be very difficult to communicate with them.
