Unfortunately the service wasn't great after what was a positive start. I was called stating that the length of material l required they didn't have but would l accept a longer length.... l agreed ........ great! They didn't deliver on the day requested and didn't deliver the following day. I then phoned only to be told that they didn't have the alternative length ? Its coming from another site... fine but when we're you going to contact me?? They apologised and agreed l should have been informed, I was promised a call on the Monday to give an update... alas no call and the material l ordered was a week late..... not a great customer service 😕 and this is the second time my delivery has been late however it was only one day late last time ....

Very easy to use the website to order my drystone walling. Good communication about the local depot calling about delivery. I ordered late on Friday and the delivery was early the following Tuesday morning. The driver called to let me know he was coming and placed the bulk bags exactly where I needed them. The stone looks great as well.

Helpful staff. We had a blowout of a skylight in our motorhome on the motorway. We pulled in and called the nearest DIY listed. These guys had the gaffer tape and gave us a safe area to do the repairs. And it was closing time but they waited for us to be ready for our onwards journey. Thank you.. not the normal review but these staff are 5 star for customers service for us.

Looking for some stone/ pebble bags, ignored at counter even though three people stood there. Eventually sent into yard to find it ourselves, no luck. Sent into a building by a customer who tried to help, still couldn't find what we needed and ignored by staff, including forklift drivers driving around us. Left with no plans to return. If you know what you need and exactly where it is you'll probably be fine, otherwise go elsewhere for assistance.
