If you are on a timeline to have something fitted or repaired, don’t use this store. Ordered console and advised to go in for assessment first fitting, also agreed to have a reversing camera fitted , said would ring when parts came. They did but I gascon confirm with daughter , mechanic said to call back with confirmation. After 3 weeks and 17 calls (no answer in store, always went through to call centre who were useless just said they would email manager) we went over (as we work could only do this at weekends ). Manager not there spoke to asst manager who blamed everyone but his staff. Got date for following weekend went today job estimated at 3 hrs (it actually took 5) and job not complete and a part of daughters car has been broken (needs to be replaced so got to go back again ). Totally uncaring team 😩
Hi. On the 02/12/25 I bought online as a guest a Masterplug Mode 2 EV Charge Cable 5m UK 13A Plug to Type 2. On the 04/12/25 you took from my account the payment with a sum of £129.99. Delivery was supposed to be in 3-5 business days. To this day I haven't received the item or any email confirming the order. Can I know why? Thank you for the information
I went to get Battery issue, it was brilliant experience of being explained everything very clearly and offered great solutions. The willingness of one Member of team Waqar was brilliant sorting the problem. I decided to join the premium club member. Highly recommended.
Trip to purchase a new car seat. I had seen what I wanted on line, and this local store has it in stock. I was looked after by three friendly members of staff. All very helpful and efficiently dealt with my purchase.
