Always a top service in this store, Tony is very helpful on the trade counter and gives the best service 10/10, I would definitely recommend this branch over the other branches. I've been going to this screwfix since day1 and its always had the top level of service. Thanks to Tony for delivering the top quality customer service every time I visit 💯

Bad Service ,. Having Very bad experience with screw fix , I ordered two things on last Saturday to collect I got a message from screw fix that one of the item is not in stock that’s why you can collect both items tomorrow, and wait for our next message of collection, though they didn’t say anything then I send them a message after two days and got reply that I hav to wait more as second item is still not in the stock,. it’s today seventh day that I’m still waiting of the collection message ,.

Poor customer service from Asian girl working at the Thornton rd store Bradford on the weekend, I think it was a Sunday. She had no manners at all, it wouldn’t hurt to say please and thank you. She also rolled her eyes when I didn’t have the order details to hand. The rest of the team seem friendly and respect customers think I will avoid her next time.

Really nice and helpful staff. I arrived at the last minute on Sunday afternoon when they were closing, but still re-opened after seeing me in the car park and let me bought the stuff I needed. Thank you 😊

Doesn't have the same feel as my local screwfix however they had made an error with a product I needed and my order had to be collected here! Still good customer service in these covid times and a clear line for in and out! If you need a couple of bits in a speedy time would recommend! Good customer service also
