I don't often write reviews, however I have just had one of the most unhelpful members of staff when trying to buy a plasterboard screw and plug. I am not a DIY person and although I looked into this before going I was recommended to go to Screwfix as they are great at explaining what you need and helping you find the right parts. The person who served me when I asked about the different types and what would be best suited for my situation said "they all do the same thing", they would not reword it. Extremely unhelpful. The complete opposite to my experience at the branch in junction 27.

Outstanding service from the store manager (guy who is bold with a big beard) they didn’t have any 320 grit in stock and he even went as far as checking other suppliers locally online. Who also didn’t have any in. Orders for next day pick up from Screwfix. Missed pick up as had to jump on next job but will pick up tomorrow and go back to finish.

Great service, used the click and collect on several occasions. Informed of the transaction details promptly by text. On arrival the staff were very helpful, fully understanding the items i required and providing a prompt and pleasant service. It is good to know in these unprecedented times that some things are sustainable.

Great to deal with, wish all company's were like this. Slight problem with order due to online catalogue being misleading. On arrival at Castleford this was sorted out quickly & efficiently. I have dealt with Castleford branch for a number of years & will carry on to do so...keep up the good work guys....
