Employees are the face of the store, but what I experienced was service that directly damages the brand. If management does not pay attention and make improvements, this issue will affect sales and drive customers to other places. A reputation takes years to build but can easily be destroyed by employees. If customers have to endure the staff’s bad attitude, there is no reason to keep choosing this store, especially when employees serve with frowns and show complete disrespect. The staff I encountered was tall, sharp-featured, with blondish-brown hair. I am not sure if this is the same person mentioned in the previous review, but if it is, immediate corrective action is needed. I was very dissatisfied with the service, so I did not register for anything because I just wanted to leave the store as quickly as possible.

Lovely customer service from Brook who served me today. Soo helpful, friendly, polite and patient. Helped me with my return and my gift card balance. Told me all about member discounts and store offers. Showed me the easiest way to find items online and how to order instore...absolutely fab! 😊. Such a lovely young woman with a kind and helpful manner, she deserves a pay rise. Thanku 😊

Disgusted. I returned an item and without my knowledge the refund was put on gift card which I never opt for. Now I can't buy anything as the item I want is out of stock. I could use that money somewhere else. Can't believe I have to chase them for my money!! Was my favorite shop not anymore.

Went in today to do a return just before closing not knowing that it's all changed the way the returns work even after I apologised to the lady who served me she gave nothing but sticking attitude like I was stupid a little help doesn't hurt no one don't be so patronising and maybe get urself onto a customer service course ur service was terrible
