Hi we recently attended a funeral and it was so unreal it.was perfect it was the guy down to a t the young lady who I’ve know found organised it all. Was called Lisa Camden. She acted so professional even walking in front it the wagon carrying the coffin. I don’t know how she did it but that lady. Is special professional and will always give people what they want for their loved ones not everyone is the same the manwas a wagon driver and he went out in style on the back of a wagon how she did that I will never know thank you Lisa you are a gem.
We sat here in Perth Australia, his brother Steve and myself Shirley, watching the funeral as though we were sat with everyone else😁 It was a lovely feeling and a perfect send off for David ❤️ Thank you 👍 PS one tip is removable to turn off the camera when everyone has gone out 🤔
Having used Holdsworth's many times during the years we were happy to continue this way when my mother passed away towards the end of August. This proved to be a mistake. At our initial consultation our main issue that we wanted clarification on was the situation regarding a family plot. Unbelievably for a professional service such as this, we were given the wrong information. This information caused a great deal of stress for all the family and could have easily caused a massive, irreconcilable rift. We still await a clear explanation. On top of this we had delays in arranging the funeral due to them giving out incorrect phone details, emails that were promised weren't sent and we had to chase, while the main confirmation letter was full of errors, completely unprofessional and clearly written for a covid funeral! After the funeral we contacted Holdsworth's about what we considered to be their poor levels of service and were told our email would be sent on to management. Over two months later and we still await any form of acknowledgement, let alone explanations and apologies. In short, Holdworth's just doesn't seem to be anything like the same company it used to be and we will certainly not be using them at any time in the future.
I cannot thank Lisa enough for all her help at Our families very sad time., She was Absolutely Amazing, very caring and very considerate, Nothing was too much trouble for her. LISA you are a HUGE Asset to the funeral care industry, You were Super. Thank you from my heart ❤️... I would recommend you in an instant to Anybody. Xx
I have just had the sad job of organising my mums funeral, never having to organise a funeral before I was not looking forward to it but Anne Marie the funeral director has been nothing but professional but also friendly, informative and uplifting, giving me a smile just when she knew I needed one, thankyou Anne Marie and your team for making the whole experience a happy one( which mum would have wanted) rather than a maudlin one, always available for any questions I had!and nothing was too much for her, a real support!
