The staff are too busy chatting on those headsets and leave over 10 customers in a queue with just one till open! It’s just unacceptable! Talking about their weekend fun and just ignoring customers! It’s not just this store it’s the Stanningley store also but the staff in Bramley are constantly not paying attention as they are busy talking about their social lives! I’ve seen lads walk out with food and pop unpaid for! This store must be loosing money to the thieves every single day! It’s silly no other shop allows this carry on! Mistakes get made when your staff are not doing their jobs correctly, I’m fed up of waiting in a long queue while two members of staff are stood at the bottom of the shop chatting and can see only one till on! I’ve shouted out can you open a till please and I shouldn’t have to, get rid of those awful headphones or the staff!

Handy to have on the doorstep! Some great buys to be had. Loses a point because getting in through the door with a pram is a hassle and the staff are quite happy to watch you struggle doing so. Must be a nightmare in a wheelchair!!!
