After lockdown was introduced my family decided it would be safer to shop smaller and a little more often, closer to home. We have come to realise this shop has pleasant, helpful staff. They have a surprisingly wide range of stock at generally reasonable prices, considering the store size. Pre-Covod we shopped there occasionally but now find we are calling in on much more regular basis. A great pity several other shops around town fall below this standard. Keep up the good work all of you and you will retain my custom.
Ordered just 3 items via deliveroo as staying in Motorhome 2 miles away was looking forward to nice bottle of Red wine and placed order without any offer of a replacement it was removed from order - When I called the shop while they were still processing I requested an alternative wine be sent with my order but was told this was not possible so ended up cancelling - co-op site is not up to date with stock they have available and if you call them you will be met with a very unhelpful jobsworth with absolutely no Customer Service skills - Avoid

Called in this coop last night 10 10 2023 witnessed a very rude male member of staff and a cashier with attitude problems think they need re training
