It was my first time staying at a Premier Inn hotel and I loved it. The location at the seafront is great: there are good shops and restaurants locally and it's only a short walk to both the north and south beaches from there. There is also the amazing restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel itself too. We took the food deal with our booking and the breakfast and evening meals were always consistently great tasting and always fresh. The overall cleanliness of both the restaurant and hotel were impeccable. The bedroom itself was equally as clean; the linen and towels were so fresh and I couldn't find a spec of dust. We did have an initial problem with an upstairs neighbour who seemed to be training for a marathon, but staff got us swapped over to a different room. After that, the room was quiet and very comfortable with the Aircon on. Big thanks to all the staff who made it such a pleasant stay. Special thanks to our barmaid, Hannah (I think) who kept us hydrated with cocktails 🥳 and gave us lots of info about our plans for the days too. Excellent service.

We stay in bridlington 2 or 3 times a year and have always been pleased with our stay. We were met with a very friendly receptionist who booked us in. Our room had a damp smell as you opened the door. On plugging portable heater in as air con/heating not working, we had been notified in advance, one of runners fell off as no screws holding it in place. The bathroom and room was clean and beds once again very comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee and bathroom soap etc. Lovely fluffy towels. Unfortunately we were let down with our evening meal in the restaurant. The staff very pleasant and tried to sort things out. We ordered two masala curries expecting the same. Oh no two very different meals. One was like tomato soup with few pieces of chicken floating in it. Not very warm. The second was a thick curry different colour and stone cold as was the rice. Definitely hadn't been in a microwave. They took it away and brought it back warmed up. We definitely won't be eating in restaurant again.

Not stayed here for a number of years when it was great. stayed here 28 December room very adequate but the beds which used to be good were very hard and the pillows were aswell consequently hardly slept and in the morning I was aching all over.the food I can only describe as abysmal Sunday evening no roast left no fish and chips so the wife had lasagne which looked good but was tasteless.i ordered cottage pie which arrived in a dish about 4 inch long 2 inch wide a bit of mince in the bottom covered by a bit of mash and I'm sorry but we've run out of pease I was told shocking. Breakfast was poor tried to cut in to the bacon and it was so hard it shattered in to many pieces the eggs were like plastic toy eggs awful never again will I set foot in this place

Room old as a lot of the hotels are refurbished. We pay extra for a plus room whenever possible but this time we had to be moved because of a leaking toilet. Our new room had a shower over the bath with a curtain which is one thing I hate! The hotel it's self is large and in a great position which is perfect for a stroll along the seafront in the morning.

Very courteous, professional and helpful staff. Not just the receptionists but room attendants and catering staff also. Very clean tidy and clutter free. We opted for a premier plus room as it contains a mini fridge, so it kept our oat milk cool .
