Screwfix Brighouse

I’ve shopped here for many years and until recently have never had an issue - ordering is quick and easy and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. However on two occasions recently I’ve ordered items showing online as next day delivery to branch - and neither have turned up the next day. The first time the branch contacted me and were very apologetic and proactively kept me updated. The most recent time I’ve heard nothing at all (just not had the text saying it’s ready to collect) - and I had to contact Screwfix via chat. The first time I wasn’t in a massive rush for the item - but the second time I was counting on ‘next day’ meaning exactly that. I’m not sure if it’s just this branch or a wider issue.

Always order online so you know if its in stock, they message when its ready for collection, click into the app whist walking from car park, generally waiting my connection by the time I get to the collection counter.. Can't ask for more... can you get it cheaper online, probably but at least you know its a genuine thing and not a cheap copy..

Great service. I bought an alarm battery. I went to collect. When I was outside Screwfix I went on there app and informed them I had arrived. I got in the shop and they called my name out. Quick and efficient service. Thank you.

Screwfix pickup are almost telepathic on a quiet day, easy as pie with cheerful staff.
