Premier Inn Sheffield (Meadowhall) hotel

Have stayed in many premier inn hotels during the course of my work. This time was not work but a 2 night stay to watch the European ice skating championships with my daughter at the Utilita arena a short drive away. I have to say the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were exceedingly helpful to my daughter who suffers with anxiety. The Family room was very clean and as always and coffee/tea provided. Iron and ironing board + hair dryer in room. Food was fine. Service was great. Dining area clean and though not spacious was ok. Provision of vegetarian items at mealtimes was not a problem. Toaster could do with being a bit speedier!! Location if you wanted to shop at Meadowhall centre could not be any closer. It is virtually across the road. If you wanted a taxi just press the button in reception and very swiftly one arrives and you are given car description and registration, very efficient and taxi drivers friendly - don't recall name if taxi firm. Ample car parking if required.

I stay here most weeks for work and ive been around all of England staying and this is by far the best for friendliness and the food isnt to bad for a Premiere inn. Its a nice atmosphere and all the staff go out there way to help you. It's worth a stay and ive been coming here for 2 months now.

During my recent stay, Megan, Anthony, Theresa, and Chloe provided exceptional service, demonstrating the highest level of professionalism throughout my visit. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I was incredibly impressed by the consistently outstanding customer service. I don’t typically stay in hotels, as I usually prefer the comfort of home, so I don’t often expect such a high standard from a hotel chain. However, the team exceeded my expectations, and I was genuinely pleased with the quality of service delivered by the staff mentioned above. Thank you to Premier Inn and its team for such a warm and welcoming experience. I look forward to my next stay at Premier Inn Meadowhall!

Anthony and the evening team were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had delays getting up to Sheffield and they were super helpful with local information. We were tired and opted to stay in for food and it was as expected and didn’t disappoint, as with breakfast. The room was compact for a family room but did the job.

It is what a premier inn is. Well priced and looked after room Breakfast wasn't great though. They had such a small food area that items were being emptied by 3 or 4 people and then took 20 minutes to replenish. Not the staffs, but on a fully booked weekend you would expect more than 8 eggs being available per 20 minutes (as an Egg-sample!)
