I've used the coffee here four times now. The first time was smashing the Spanish latte reminded me of holidays in Spain and the Islands. That's what made me want to go again. The second one was OK but nothing special. The third was a definitely not a Spanish Latte no sweetness at all. It was only when I got to the car and tasted it I was really disappointed. So I went in today and said could you make sure it was the Spanish latte as last time it wasn't. I was told it always was, so I wasn't believed. This Coffee is a treat for me so I was surprised. I love the cafe but not as keen on not being able to get a similar coffee each time surprises me. Ok it was a takeaway it shouldn't be different each time.
Hello, I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit to your café. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the barista’s behavior. They were rude, and their tone made me feel uncomfortable when I asked a simple question about my order. I understand that working in a busy environment can be stressful, but professionalism and basic courtesy are important, especially in customer-facing roles. This interaction stood out in a disappointing way and did not reflect the level of service I would expect. Great selection of coffee and cakes. Definitely our new favourite spot
We stopped for a small breakfast - was perfect! Amazing coffee, great selection of toasted bagels, croissant and cakes. Lovely service, decoration is gorgeous, very chilled and relaxing breakfast. Google says its open at 10am, but was open when we arrived at 9.25.
Nice atmosphere as well - clean, comfortable spot to grab your morning coffee or sit and work for a bit. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality coffee and good service!
