This WHSmith sells mainly food and drink, but it is quite overpriced. At least it isn't as expensive as the food in the cinema!

The male member of staff was most rude and totally unhelpful. I don't know what customer relations training W H Smith employ for their staff, but obviously not enough and not quality.

Some staff in here are so rude… half the time they’re not there and look fed up… the way they talk to people is disgraceful! also the prices in here are ridiculous, not only that they’re up pricing rrp at a pound to something like £3 surely that’s illegal 🤷🏽‍♀️

Always shut for a large amount of time, at least 2 times every hour for 10+ minutes sometimes longer.
