Horrendous customer service, if you can even call it that. Walked in and instead of being greeted by a "hi" or "hello", i was told in a rude tone that "we are closing now hurry up", honestly shouldve just walked out at that point. To top it off, i bought a banana milkshake which was off and smelt horrible but obviously they had closed by then🤦‍♂️.

Apparently they have good fun in refusing parcels delivery even if they are designated delivery point. If you don't want to deal with this, stop this service. Absolute joke.
