I have bought a few things from here and never met such helpful people I was served by a lovely man called Troy who was very quick to help with what I needed and was very pleasant. I have never had any problems and always such a lovely atmosphere when I go to look in and buy anything. Definitely one of the better shops in castleford. Would highly recommend.

Lewis and Troy were the most polite, respectful and helpful members of staff I have encountered. They were both honest and to the point and exceeded expectations in the way they delivered great customer service. Lewis gave some excellent advice and was more that happy to go above and beyond. If they couldn't help then he pointed me in the right direction of where could. Troy also made a conscious effort to include himself and pass on his knowledge regarding the reason we visited. Also, a very helpful, approachable and professional member of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and they both did a fantastic job in ensuring our transaction ran smoothly, successfully and quickly. These two chaps are a perfect example of excellent customer service and represent the company superbly. Keep up the fantastic work and I will definitely be returning to the Castleford branch in the future

Bought a faulty controller from here, tried returning with receipt within 10 days of purchase which was as early as I could get back to the store with it however they refused to accept any return even though they had sold me a faulty controller. They told me it needed to be returned within 7 days but for those of us that work and have lives it makes it quite difficult. Now I’m completely out of pocket and nothing I can do about it even though the purchase was made only 10 days ago. Beware and keep this in mind when purchasing from here they do not care about customers so that’s why I’m leaving 1 star very unhappy with the service I feel like I’ve been done over and puts a damper on Christmas

I love a bargain and used Cash Generator frequently when I shopped in Wakefield. I was therefore delighted to spot Troy, who used to work in Wakefield, now working in my local Castleford branch. As always, he put me at ease and talked me through the mammoth task of buying my twin grandsons a news games console. It's all Greek to me, as they say, but Troy patiently explained everything I needed to know. He took his time with me and I never felt pressured to buy. I did, because I know the staff here sell truthfully and I could always pop back in if I had any concerns or questions. Highly recommended.
