Hate the place, too small, not enough real tills. Just self check outs with big screen facial recognition to make you feel like being watched all the time. Walked out and abandoned my basket again and went elsewhere.

Going to the dogs fast. Half the shelves empty, badly packaged meat, all the blood got over my hands from the pork joint I picked up. Got to the checkout, I went to wash my hands and my husband asked the operator for a bag to put the leaking joint in, she said she'd run out. And that was that, didn't even ask a colleague to get some! It's like the staff no longer care. I barely shop here now. Aldi is far better in my opinion. WM Morrison will be turning in his grave over how his once brilliant stores have evolved.

You will wait ages in queues, less staff than Aldi

Most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful in this store,it has a decent selection most of the time but shelves aren't always stocked in a timely manner, also sometimes I've haven't been able to access certain products as they have been blocked by pallets while staff stock shelves rather than putting it somewhere convenient and then the male staff give you funny looks like you are being awkward for wanting some milk which you can't reach! Also the Morrisons more card is a disgrace! You have to spend a fortune to get points and this new Christmas bonus where you spend £65 every week for 4 weeks is ridiculous,my second voucher ran out of date as it expired before I got paid again, some people don't shop weekly so it's no good for those customers! And I was given SO MANY blooming voucher things at the till,so much paper,and they are confusing 😕, it also has some conflicting information on those vouchers. Also I was once left stranded as the taxi phone was taken out and I couldn't buy credit at morrisons as it wasn't going through properly on that day 😑
