Visited the arcade on the weekend and had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch – every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to commend Alex, who went above and beyond with his patience and assistance. Definitely made the visit memorable and will be coming back soon!
Had my daughter’s birthday party here this morning. Good value for money and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend.
I had an absolute blast with my friends at this arcade, where there is a wide variety of games, including down the clown and replica bowling! The virtual screen on the bowling after your ball has gone down the lane is epic and on the clown one, it suitably changes which are lit up after you throw balls. Our card worked efficiently for usage here, don't get some of the negative reviews!
excellent service this afternoon (1:30pm) by all staff working despite being busy. My sons new favourite place will be returning :) thank you everyone for a pleasant experience
I was assisted on several occasions this evening by Samantha as the SpongeBob game kept breaking. So was incredibly helpful and a great asset to the team. I was very satisfied with her assistance and she was very polite and approachable. She should be praised greatly gor her attitude towards customer service. If you do an employee of the month she should win it.
