For the trampoline park.. Just like to pop on and say I visited the SEN session tonight at 6pm and was greeted by RIO. He was then the marshal for the session. We stayed an hour, mostly it was just us there. He greeted me with such a warm smile, he was helpful and so friendly. He was super kind to my girls and they were running rings round him lol. He interacted with them so much. If every customer facing job had staff like him the world would be a happier place. Hes Lovely. Give him a bonus he deserves it xxx

Went for the toddler time on a Friday, for the price it was good. I wouldnt pay full price to come though, it’s got SO rundown compared to ten years ago and they’ve sold some of the space off. It’s definitely not as big as it used to be. Really need some new chairs in the seating area too, they are falling apart and are a health and safety risk.

Honestly horrible. Lockers were all bashed up and 75% of them weren’t working. Absolutely no enforcement of rules on the children (and adults) who were running over the trampolines completely disregarding anyone that was already on there. Staff members themselves were running over trampolines that people were on & stood chatting rather than keeping on eye on the people there. Overcrowded by the dozen especially for how small the space is. Will not be returning.

Wow i was shocked how run down this place is, the lights didn't work for half the session what made it unsafe inside the assault course. the inflatable had that many holes and was patched with duck tape everywhere with made it bigtime under inflated that the inflatable poles didn't stand up, they was just flopped to the side, and the lockers are shocking, most of them was broken it to It's a shame as it cost us close to £60 for 2 adults and 1 kid after paying for the socks Wish there was a way to get an refund, shocking!

This place forces you to buy their expensive branded socks - they will not let you enter if you have socks from a rival jump arena. This is a cynical policy to squeeze more money from parents and carers So run down and neglected it needs a thorough refurbishment . A shabby place Has its own toilets and the staff are nice. On balance my advice is not to venture here if you are thinking about a day out with the kids or There are several better options in the area
