A lively, well-frequented franchise café. As part of a chain, it inevitably lacks individual character, but the staff were very friendly and remained welcoming despite a heavy workload that day. They had a nice selection of baked goods and food display was well stocked. Unfortunately, the coffee preparation area was in poor condition. Old coffee grounds and residues were visible on the counters, grinders, espresso machines and glassware. A steam wand should be wiped after every use. This one looked like it hadn’t seen a cloth in hours. Seeing this level of dirt where food and drinks are prepared is worrying and for me takes away from what could otherwise be a good experience.

Amazing place to have your ☕. Cafe Nero is my absolute favorite coffee spot. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm, inviting ambiance that makes it feel like a second home. The baristas are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They remember your name, your order, and always serve with a smile. The coffee itself is rich, smooth, and expertly crafted—whether it’s a classic cappuccino or a seasonal special, it never disappoints. Their pastries and sandwiches are fresh and delicious, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely lunch. The seating is comfortable, with plenty of space to work or relax, and the background music is always just right—not too loud, not too quiet. I especially appreciate the attention to detail in everything from the decor to the cleanliness of the space. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. Whether I’m meeting friends, catching up on work, or just enjoying a quiet moment, Cafe Nero always delivers a five-star experience. Highly recommended for any coffee lover! The neighbourhood is amazing there are about 10 cafes in the vicinity and we all love going their and spending time with friends and family.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience I waited a long time for my coffee while a staff member ignored me and served people who arrived after me. I only received my order after asking another staff member. When it was brought to my table, it was done rudely — no smile, no apology. The order was also wrong. I asked for a takeaway cappuccino with no chocolate, but received the wrong drink, in a ceramic cup, with chocolate on top. I am a long-time Caffè Nero customer and have never experienced this before. Even after explaining the issue, there was no apology, and the replacement drink was still incorrect. Very disappointing service.

Stood waiting to be served for 5 minutes whilst they clean the machines with my baby. Barista's friend walks in and Barista chats to her briefly...fair enough I suppose. 2 minutes later when ready to serve the Barista serves her mate and just ignores me. Not going there again then. Which is annoying as they have better cakes than Starbucks!

As a regular customer, I have consistently had fantastic experiences with the Manager Olga (super amazing) and Darshan, and several other team members. However, this evening, I was taken aback by the unexpectedly cold service from Elie. My code entitled me to any drink with any extras, yet when I ordered my latte without cream and scanned my code, Elie stubbornly refused to add cream and caramel dressing upon request there after, insisting it would cost extra. This struck me as inflexible, inconsiderate, and frankly disappointing. A truly unsatisfactory experience.
