Visited Caffè Nero in Wakefield City Centre and had a lovely experience. This branch has a warm, relaxed atmosphere and is a perfect spot to unwind in the middle of the city. The cream bun was absolutely delicious — soft, fresh, and generously filled, making it the perfect sweet treat with coffee. I ordered a mocha, which was rich, smooth, and well balanced with just the right amount of chocolate and coffee flavour. What really stood out was the festive drinks menu. The Nero Baileys Mocha was exceptional — indulgent, creamy, and full of festive warmth without being overpowering. The seasonal range is thoughtfully crafted and ideal for this time of year, offering something special beyond the usual coffee options. Service was friendly and efficient, and the café was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or relaxing with a festive drink and dessert, this Caffè Nero is a great choice in Wakefield. Highly recommended!

Such a joy to see the return of Caffè Nero. Only place you can still feel like you sipping a coffee in Italy: decor inside is lovely, coffee shop music and decent coffee. Don't both with Starbucks or the truly horrible Costa Coffee, just support this place for a more authentic experience.

Coffee overly bitter, a friend said same. They may need to dial in the machines again…
