Excellent drinks - both had a Pistachio Iced Latte, courtesy of the Vodafone Very Me deal, plus we bought a Tuna Pannini and a Mozarella and Tomato Pannini. Service was a little slow, as only one member of staff serving when we arrived mid lunchtime. Service was friendly and great atmosphere /decor. Will definitely return soon.
This is our local branch. We go reasonable often, at weekends, when the staff are under pressure. Service is exceptional: polite, efficient, friendly. Coffee is good (latte especially), with optional blends; toasted sandwiches are nice too.
The service was dreadful, very slow, grumpy staff, not even a smile. One of the staff walked away when there was a queue of 6 or 7 people waiting. Everyone was if the same opinion. Maybe a bit of training in customer relations needed.
Great place very good coffee ( decaffeinated ) nice and warm inside and all important toilets..a must ..
Lovely morning visit with Jake and Catherine today. Jake (the new manager) is such an asset to Nero Wetherby - he is always so friendly, kind and helpful. The food was fresh and good quality - we felt very welcome.
