Did a click and collect online. Website showed they were open until 23:00 turns out they close at 21:00, got there with just a minute to spare but nope, they had shut everything down and no one was on the floor, guess they pay by the second there. Poor prices, lazy website, and staff that clearly don't care and just want to go home. At least next time I know to just use Amazon and not try support this dying company.
Went to this store to return a faulty item and had the best experience. The lady who served me was called Deborah and was very helpful and solved my issue In a fast and efficient manner. The young man who helped me too and from the car with a large item didn't catch his name belive he was from another store very pleasant and helpful. Thank you to both of you for your help will definitely return to this store in future.

Excellent service when I had to bring back a blown microwave bought just 7 months ago; called up the details, checked the damage & replaced without quibble. Very happy with staff & process.
If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted to find my new vacumn cleaner had already been used and returned. On speaking to a so called 'Manager', who continually called me 'love' even when I asked him not to, he offered no apology or excuse just told me to return it. Only when I asked to speak to someone more senior did he offer a muttered sorry. I now need to make the 10 mile journey to return it. Never again!
